01 Information We Collect

Price for Profit is designed to work without collecting personal information. We do not operate user accounts, and the app does not ask you to register, sign in, or provide your name, email address, phone number, or mailing address.

Information you enter into the app

To calculate your pricing, you enter business figures such as your monthly expenses, your desired hourly rate, job details, and similar inputs. This information is processed on your device and stored on your device. It is not transmitted to us, and we have no ability to view it.

Information we do not collect

• We do not collect personal identifiers such as your name or email address.
• We do not collect your contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data.
• We do not collect precise location data.
• We do not use advertising identifiers or third-party tracking technologies.
• We do not build user profiles or track you across other apps and websites.

Information you choose to send us

If you contact us for support through our website, you provide whatever information you include in your message, such as your name, your email address, and a description of your issue. We use that information only to respond to you.

02 How Information Is Used

The business figures you enter are used for one purpose: to run the calculations that produce your pricing guidance inside the app. That processing happens locally on your device, in real time, while you use the app.

Any information you send us through a support request is used only to answer your question, troubleshoot the problem you reported, and improve the app's reliability.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

03 Subscriptions and Payments Through Apple

Price for Profit offers monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. All subscriptions are purchased, billed, and managed through Apple's App Store using your Apple Account.

How billing works

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the rate for your selected plan.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings under your Apple Account subscriptions.

What we receive

We never receive, process, or store your payment card number, billing address, or Apple Account credentials. Apple handles the entire transaction. We receive only the confirmation needed to unlock subscription features in the app and, from Apple, aggregate and anonymized sales reporting that does not identify individual customers.

Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's own privacy policy and terms. Refunds are also handled by Apple, in line with App Store policy.

04 Third-Party Services

Apple is the only third party involved in your use of Price for Profit. Apple provides app distribution through the App Store and processes subscription purchases and renewals, as described above.

The app does not include third-party analytics, advertising networks, crash-reporting services, social media integrations, or marketing platforms. No third-party software development kits collect information about you through the app.

Apple may collect information in connection with your App Store activity under its own privacy policy, which we do not control. We encourage you to review it at apple.com/legal/privacy.

05 Data Security

The strongest protection we can offer is not collecting your information in the first place. Because your pricing inputs remain on your device, there is no central database of customer figures for us to secure and no server-side copy that could be exposed.

Information stored on your device is protected by your device's own security features, including your passcode, biometric lock, and the operating system's app data protections. We recommend keeping your device locked, keeping iOS up to date, and installing app updates when they are available.

Any support correspondence you send us is handled with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security for information you send us by email or web form.

06 Data Retention

The figures you enter are retained on your device for as long as you keep them there. You can clear or overwrite them at any time within the app, and deleting the app from your device removes its locally stored data.

Because we do not receive your app data, we retain none of it. We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to resolve your issue and maintain a reasonable record of the request.

Apple retains subscription and transaction records under its own retention practices, which are outside our control.

07 Children's Privacy

Price for Profit is a business tool intended for adults who own or operate residential cleaning businesses. It is not directed to children, and it is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information through a support request, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

08 Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of personal information a company holds about you, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights.

Because we do not collect or hold personal information about you through the app, there is generally no data on our side to access, correct, or delete. You retain direct control over the information in the app:

• Access and correction: your figures are visible and editable inside the app at any time.
• Deletion: clear your entries in the app, or delete the app to remove its stored data from your device.
• Subscription control: manage, change, or cancel your plan through your Apple Account settings.
• Support records: ask us to delete correspondence you have sent us, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

09 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the app, our practices, or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the effective date shown at the top of this page and post the updated policy here.

If we ever make a material change — for example, if the app were to begin collecting personal information — we will provide clear notice before that change takes effect. Continuing to use Price for Profit after an update means you accept the revised policy.
